We are profoundly honored and more than a little excited to announce that we’ll be performing at Ringo Starr’s Peace & Love birthday celebration with the man himself next Thursday, July 7th on the steps of Capitol Records in Los Angeles.

When asked back in 2008 what he wanted for his birthday, Ringo responded, “More peace & love. That is something you can’t have too much of.” Timeless and true. Just like Ringo.

The event begins at 11AM and is free and open to the public. If you’re in the area, get yourself down to the Capitol Records Tower at 1750 Vine Street in Hollywood. If that’s too far away, you can stream live from Ringo’s Facebook page. We’ll be performing alongside Alberta Cross, Dave Stewart (Eurythmics) and Jon Stevens. At noon, Ringo takes command for a communal wave of peace, love & good vibes. I hear there might even be cake.
